To be eligible for a refund:

  • For tea products, the seal must not be broken.

  • Personalized or gift items are non-refundable.

2️⃣ Return Process / 退货流程

  2. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless the product is defective.

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
